Product roadmap
Where RCS is today — and where it's going.
We build in the open with our pilot partners. Here's what's live now, what's next, and what's on the horizon.
Live now
Shipping today
- Upload a PDF and get the actual contract marked up in place — strike + replacement language, editable in Bluebeam / Acrobat, plus flattened PDF and Word tracked-changes versions.
- Your standard edits as configurable rules (strike & replace, add-before, add-a-block) applied automatically to every contract.
- Jurisdiction-aware review against all 50 states' construction law.
- Final-review & approval queue — submit, sign off, with aging and reminders; leadership sees what's waiting.
- Workspace setup: company profile & role, negotiation playbook, insurance & bonding limits, default review wishlist.
- Integrations directory (Procore, Kahua, Autodesk, NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, DocuSign, SSO) and an 'Ask this contract' assistant.
- Runs in your own private cloud — contracts and pricing never sit on a shared platform.
Next
In progress
- Calibrate the redline rules to each customer's specific PO and contract formats.
- Turn on the full AI semantic layer (Claude) for deeper, whole-contract review and live 'Ask this contract' answers.
- Scanned / image-only PDFs — OCR with coordinates so image contracts get the same in-place markup.
- Shared multi-user workspace so a whole team sees the same reviews and approval queue, with per-user accounts and invites.
- Confidence scoring surfaced in the UI — low-confidence edits flagged for human review.
On the horizon
Planned
- First live integration end-to-end (Procore): pull a contract from a project's commitments and push the approved redline + status back.
- Obligations & key-date tracking during the job (notice deadlines, insurance expirations, milestones).
- Automatic reminder emails and a leadership SLA dashboard.
- Self-serve billing and signed order forms; SOC 2 / ISO 27001 program.
- Version history and a full audit trail for every approved record of truth.
Roadmap reflects current plans and priorities, which evolve with customer feedback; nothing here is a commitment or delivery date.
