Privacy

Confidentiality is the core of what we do. Construction contracts contain your pricing, your positions, and your competitive edge. Our entire architecture is built so that information stays yours.

Account information you provide (name, work email, company, role) and the contracts and content you upload for review. We also collect basic, non-sensitive usage information needed to operate the Service.

If you use the chat guide on our public website, we record anonymously that the chat was opened, which suggested questions were tapped, and the questions typed, so we can improve the answers. We do not record your name, email, or IP address with them, and we remove any email address or phone number you type before saving a question. The chat inside the signed-in portal is not recorded this way.

In production, the Service runs inside your own private cloud, so your contracts and pricing never leave your environment. Your documents are not used to train shared or public AI models, and they are not sold, rented, or shared. We use your content only to provide the review and redlining you requested.

During the free trial, your documents are processed on our secure hosted instance and may be deleted after the trial period.

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled to your team, and you can delete your content on your schedule. You decide who in your organization can see what.
